It has been 5 years since the boys have been back and now we are ready to celebrate…..45 years of this iconic movie.

The Winnipeg Slap Shot event has already confirmed Dave Hanson and Jeff Hanson (Carlson), Johnny Upton (Allan Nichols).  It all starts off Monday night at 7pm at Santa Lucia Restaurant 4 St. Mary’s Road.

Also for the Celebrity Golf Day it will not only feature the Slap Shot crew, but several more local stars who will join up for the day to not only entertain but also help raise awareness and funds for the “StopConcussions” and CONNECTED, a Mental Health Initiative. The golf ends off with a one-of-a-kind Slap Shot HotStove dinner at the St. Boniface Golf Course where you will have the opportunity to hear about the behind the scene antics of this cult movie.
