Here are the jerseys for the Hannover Open Air Charity Event being played in Hannover, Germany December 17 in the Heinz von Heiden Soccer Stadium. Tino Boos will be my captain and our team will be playing for Kinderherz Hannover. One of my player jerseys from the game will be auctioned off for my causes, StopConcussions and CONNECTED Mental Health. I will wear the #29 for this historic event and my participation is to support the two amazing causes, Per Mertesacker Stiftung and Kinderherz Hannover. I have also be given the opportunity to create awareness and funds for StopConcussions Germany.

Hier sind die Trikots für das Hannover Open Air Charity Event, das am 17. Dezember im Heinz von Heiden Fußballstadion in Hannover stattfindet.
