Jordan is the backup goalie for Canada and the USA during the games.
Jordan Laroche was born and raised in Hong Kong and lived there for 16 years before going to Stanstead College in Quebec. The move to Canada was to chase his Hockey dream, Laroche played two years on the Junior Varsity team, and his senior year on Varsity. After Stanstead, Laroche would continue his education at Western University part-time while playing Junior Hockey for the Lambeth Lancers, Mount Brydges Bulldogs, and the Aylmer Spitfires in the PJHL, a Junior C Hockey league in the London, Ontario area. A series of concussions would end his career in 2018 and led Laroche to Fanshawe College to pursue a diploma in Broadcast Journalism, where he graduated in April 2021.
