Shipping will be calculated after the item is purchased.  Email us for more concise rates. 

Here are the estimated shipping rates for jerseys: Canada/USA: $30-$50  |  Europe $75-$100  |  Australia/New Zealand $75-$125

In some instances shipping will be FREE!

Shipping within Canada and USA 6 -15 estimated business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and cannot guarantee a timeframe for International Shipping.

Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Our partner carriers are experiencing delays that impact delivery times. 

Shipping Policy

StopConcussions Foundation works with companies like FedEx, UPS, and Purolator in order to use the weight and dimensions of our items to calculate the shipping cost with the most current rates offered by these companies. This will take place at checkout.  No Shipping rate is final at the time of checkout.  We may contact you if a significant increase in shipping costs occur.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, StopConcussions Foundation will make their absolute best to remedy the situation.  Please note: Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. 

Return Policy

If you receive your product (only for new products as some items are marked “used”) and there is an unreasonable flaw, StopConcussions Foundation will replace the product free of charge or accept it back and offer 100% money-back once we have received the original piece and confirmed the flaw is a StopConcussions Foundation fault.

This does not include damages caused during shipping.

If you receive your product in good condition but simply decide to return it, we may be able to accept it back within 4 days in exchange for in-store credit.

In the case of a return of an unwanted product, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs as well as a 25% re-stocking fee.  When we do receive the piece back, it must be received in the exact condition that it originally left our store in for us to offer the credit.  We reserve the right of refusal on any order.
